Allow The Flow Team, Caitriona and Simon, to guide and support you as you develop these skills through practices of self-exploration through embodied movement, somatics, yoga, meditation, yoga nidra (non sleep deep rest), sound therapy and transformational coaching.

Embodied Yoga & Somatics
Embodied Yoga and Somatics connect the mind and body through movement. This strengthens our connection with ourselves, making us more attuned, gently allowing us to feel and experience in the moment.
Caitriona’s classes weave together a unique blend of Traditional Yoga, Breathwork, Embodied Movement, Somatics, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Relaxation. Through this unique combination, we build greater awareness and a deeper connection to our innate wholeness, we tap into our own intuition, learn coping skills and increase flexibility, strength and resilience of mind and body; all leading to a healthy and full life with balance, calmness and ease.
Meditation & Yoga Nidra
Meditation is a wellness practice that has been proven to reduce stress, improve focus, and contribute to a range of mental, emotional and physical health benefits. Caitriona has found having a daily meditation practice to be life changing, giving her access to deeply held inner resources, resilience, calmness and vitality.
Yoga Nidra or Non Sleep Deep Rest is a practice of deep relaxation that can be done lying down or sitting whilst listening to a guided recording. As little as a 10-15 minute practice has been shown to restore cognitive function and reset energy levels.
Sound Therapy
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses different musical instruments to create healing vibrations that in turn promote a state of wellbeing and vitality. Sound healing can be offered as a Sound- Bath or as a one-to-one on the body treatment.
Caitriona had her first experience of Sound Healing 8 years ago after attending a sound-bath workshop. She felt an instant state of deep relaxation and following the session, noticed a huge sense of stress release. Blown away by the power of the gongs and Tibetan bowls, Caitriona started out on her journey to become a Sound Healer. She now enjoys sharing the gift of sound healing with others at her popular Sound-Bath evenings in Clondalkin using a wide range of healing instruments including Tibetan bowls, Gongs, Tuning Forks and Chimes.
Personal Training
Our personal training takes a whole system approach to fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. Simon specialises in strength and aerobic energy training, mobility, accountability, partnering and fun. Everyone of us is unique. We have unique goals, unique abilities and unique habits. We celebrate this uniqueness with our fully customised programs.
Coaching
The Flow Team coaching is whole system coaching with neuroscience. Wholesystem coaching allows you to live for fully in a deeper relationship with all aspects of your life by raising awareness about how you are managing yourselves, managing others and managing your environment. It offers a unique way to listen, explore, discover, make choices, learn and be in action. The Flow Team coaching with Simon is all about supporting you to grow and move forward with energy and certainty in these uncertain times.
